15th July - Birthday of Kamaraj was celebrated as கல்வி வளர்ச்சி நாள் (Education Development Day)
Garlanding the Photo of former Chief Minister K.Kamaraj, the Head Mistress Srimathi S.Mangalachelvi gave the Welcome note.
Children spoke about Kamaraj's achivements, his lifestlye, the reforms brought in by Kamarajar etc.,
The Chief guest M.M.S Bagarudin emphasized the importance of education, quoted some memorable incidents from the life history of Kamarajar, which was a great source of inspiration for our school children. Later he distributed English dictionary to all students of class VI-VIII.
Sri Arul Perumal gave the vote of thanks follwed by sweets distribution.
