A rally was conducted on 25th Nov 2014 to commemorate International Day for the Elimination of
Violence Against Women to create awareness against Women violence and also a
campaign on Swachh Bharat (தூய்மை
பாரதம்). Nannilam Block
AEO Sri.Arivazhagan and Nannilam block JRC coordinator Sri. Swaminathan inaugurated
the function. Srimathi. Mangalachelvi, Head Mistress addressed the rally
with a welcome note. The Rally went on all the streets of the village and
Indira Nagar. To create awareness, pamphlets were distributed to the public.
The villagers, parents and staffs participated in the rally.
